Na een lange strandwandeling, en een bezoek aan het oude gedeelte van de stad besloot ik te gaan shoppen. Daarna een heerlijk vers gegrilde visje gegeten! In de avond/nacht stond live muziek op het programma, maar eerst richting hotel voor een kort dutje om later uit mijn dak te gaan op live muziek van Manuel Turizo. De zaterdag was voorbij gevlogen maar gelukkig had ik nog de hele zondag om mooie wandelingen te maken, te relaxen en te chillen op het strand, dat heb ik dan ook gedaan. Ik wilde eigenlijk een boottocht maken en dolfijnen gaan spotten, maar de zee was te onrustig dus kon ik helaas niet de zee op om dolfijnen te spotten.
Voor ik het wist was het al maandag en maakte ik mezelf klaar om te vertrekken richting het vliegveld van Malaga. Estepona is een erg leuk stadje aan de Spaanse Costa del Sol. Het stadje heeft een enorm breed en mooi en vooral schoon strand. Op het strand zijn verschillende eettentjes te vinden. Estepona heeft in de haven elk weekend een gezellige markt. Het oude centrum is echt Spaans, mooie smalle straatjes, een prachtig plein en een lief kerkje. En het weer is natuurlijk geweldig! Ik had een mooi weekend achter de rug met heerlijk weer, lekker eten, goede live muziek en mooie stranden! Wanneer je je vlucht boekt let dan wel even op hoe je het best richting je hotel kunt gaan. Er rijden namelijk maar een paar bussen per dag van het vliegveld naar Estepona en andersom (de rit duurt ongeveer een uurtje, maar is het zeker waard!).
